Welcome to The Flower and Garden Shed. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
The Flower and Garden Shed is based at Killarney Mall, 60 Riviera Road, Killarney, Johannesburg.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders
Orders can be placed online, via email, or by phone.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all online orders unless express delivery has been arranged.
Custom or bespoke orders are tailored specifically for you and may require additional notice.
3. Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

Credit & debit card (Mastercard, Visa)

EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

Cash (in-store only)
Online payments are processed securely through Paystack. Full payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery
We deliver within a 40 km return radius from Killarney Mall. Standard delivery fee: R170 per delivery.
For deliveries outside our immediate areas, we may use partner florists.
Containers and products may vary depending on their supply. Deliveries are conducted before 5 PM on the scheduled date.
While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time. Express (same-day) deliveries may be possible with a surcharge - please contact Natalie directly on +27 81 574 2255.
5. Cancellations
Orders must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Custom or bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not available for standard orders once processed.
If a bouquet or arrangement has quality issues, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the matter.
Incorrect orders will be corrected or replaced.
Bespoke or custom orders are non-refundable.
7. Product Availability
While we aim to supply the exact flowers shown in images, seasonal availability may require substitutions. Colours will be matched as closely as possible, and some flowers may be delivered partially closed to ensure freshness.
8. Privacy & POPI Compliance
At The Flower and Garden Shed, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to complying with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act.
What information we collect:
When you place an order or contact us, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and delivery address.
Why we collect it and our lawful basis We collect and process your personal information on the basis of your consent, and only for the following purposes:
