Refunds & Exchange Policy
At The Flower and Garden Shed, we aim for complete satisfaction with every order.
Perishable Products:
Due to the nature of flowers, we cannot offer refunds once orders have been processed or delivered. However, if there is a quality issue with your bouquet or arrangement, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will correct the mistake or offer a suitable replacement.
