At The Flower and Garden Shed, we aim for complete satisfaction with every order.

Perishable Products: Due to the nature of flowers, we cannot offer refunds once orders have been processed or delivered. However, if there is a quality issue with your bouquet or arrangement, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately. We will correct the mistake or offer a suitable replacement.

We deliver within a 40 km return radius from Killarney Mall.
Johannesburg CBD & nearby suburbs: R150 per delivery
Surrounding areas within 15–20 km: R180 per delivery
For deliveries outside our immediate areas, we may use partner florists. Containers and products may vary depending on their supply.
Deliveries are conducted before 5 PM on the scheduled date.
While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
