Please note: While we aim to supply the exact flowers shown, seasonal availability may require substitutions. Colours will be matched as closely as possible, and some flowers may arrive partially closed to ensure they last longer.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not available for standard orders once processed.
If a bouquet or arrangement has quality issues, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the matter.
Incorrect orders will be corrected or replaced.
Bespoke or custom orders are non-refundable.

We deliver within a 40 km return radius from Killarney Mall.
Johannesburg CBD & nearby suburbs: R150 per delivery
Surrounding areas within 15–20 km: R180 per delivery
For deliveries outside our immediate areas, we may use partner florists. Containers and products may vary depending on their supply.
Deliveries are conducted before 5 PM on the scheduled date.
While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
Express (same-day) deliveries may be possible with a surcharge; please contact Natalie directly.
